i can do humanoid & anthro designs, as well as fanart and original characters! click here to see a full gallery of examples.if you would like a model of something that doesn’t fall under the basic humanoid/anthro shape, send me a message and we’ll see if it’s something i can do. :)my prices are in GBP, but your payment method will be able to convert it from the currency you use.click here to read through my terms of service before ordering! even if you choose not to read them, they will still apply to you.when you’re ready to order, please copy/paste the headings to the right with the heart bullets, fill out your answers, then message the finished form to me! you can email me your form, or for faster responses, message it to me on discord or tumblr. you can also use vgen if you prefer it.under each heading i’ve included some information to provide more context to help you answer the form--no need to copy/paste those chunks of text.i take payment upfront via paypal or kofi before i will begin working! estimated turnaround time will be 1 month, though it tends to be shorter than that! regardless, i will update you with delays or if it’s expected to take any longer.if you have any questions about anything at all, feel free to message me first!

ORDER FORM

❥ CHARACTER(S) (£45 each):please include images/art of your character(s) for me to reference and a description of their personality to help with any animations.❥ PROP(S) (+£10 each): yes / no | how manyitems you would like your character to hold or have in the image--
for example: food, weapons, books, small simple pets/creatures, etc. (more complex creatures may include an extra fee)❥ SIMPLE ANIMATION(S) (+£10 each): yes / no | how manyplease note: if no animation is desired, you will receive a tpose turnaround .gif of your character.simple animations such as idle, walk/run, spin, dance, float, etc.
if you have any other ideas or more complex animation requests, feel free to send me a message before ordering!with multiple characters, please specify whether you would like them to be animated together or separately! having them together in the same animation is +£15 on top of the base fee to animate each character. (e.g. 2 character animations would be £20 (£10 per character) +£15 to interact, for a total of £35).❥ PERMISSIONS: yes / no (+30% privacy/NDA fee)i may share my finished models to promote my artwork & commissions, and may also stream commissions as i work on them. for these, i’ll give credit to you as the character owner.if you would prefer to keep your commission and artwork private, you may do so with an additional fee of +30% of the commission subtotal added onto to the final price.❥ OTHER ADD-ONS: (optional)- commercial use (+£30): for streaming, YouTube, anything where you may gain profit from it. if you select this option, please state what it will be for. if you have intentions to use my art for merchandise or any other purposes, contact me first as this will have different pricing!- rush fee (+£15): i will complete your model within 1 week of purchase!- model files (+£15): i will send you the blockbench file & texture for your completed model to do as you wish for personal use only, unless you have also paid for commercial use.- 3D print compatibility (+£30): i will create a version of the model without planes, making it compatible for 3D printing. the full charge of £30 includes the fees for sending you the model files and 3D printing compatibility.❥ PAYMENT PREFERENCE: paypal / kofipaypal: i’ll create an invoice for you that outlines your order details.kofi: i’ll ask you to send the payment as a one-time donation after we’ve discussed the commission info.

GENERAL

  • ToS up-to-date as of 02/18/2025. I reserve the right to edit and update the terms of service to protect both me as the artist, and you as the client. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to send me a message! I don't bite. :)

  • Please read carefully through everything outlined on this page. By ordering and purchasing my artwork & services, you agree to my terms of service.

  • If you violate these terms, you will be blacklisted and are no longer able to use my services in the future. Depending on the severity, I may also warn other artists by publicly sharing the details of your violations.

  • I reserve the right to reject any commission requests for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to rudeness, or bigotry of any kind whether through messaging or in the requested art.

PAYMENTS

  • I only accept full payment upfront before I begin.

  • I do not offer refunds of any kind unless I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • My average turnaround time is 1 month, but if your commission is estimated to take longer for any reason, I will update you and let you know!

  • I will notify you when you are next in queue for my commission to-do list in order to be as transparent as possible about wait times.

REVISIONS

  • This section outlines revisions pertaining to my 3D low-poly humanoid model commissions only.

  • I will send you a WIP for every important revision period of your commission before I move forward. Please be clear in your description of any edits you might request.

  • These revision periods will be when 1.) model & base colors are complete, and 2.) full model shading, detailing, & animations are complete.

  • I may also have specific questions and send you additional WIP photos before/between revision periods to ask for your input.

  • Revision Period #1 is for edit requests that pertain to adjusting colors, clothes, hair, model geometry/parts, props, etc.

  • Revision Period #2 is for edit requests that pertain to adjusting minor details on the model's texture, animations, and animation angles. At this stage I will not allow edits to the shape of the existing model geometry/parts, as any adjustments will warp the texture.

  • Please respond with requests for edits within 3 business days of receiving my WIP message! If I do not receive a response after that time has elapsed, I will assume nothing needs to be fixed and will continue working on your commission.

  • Please do not request edits outside of the 3-day WIP revision periods, change your mind and request edits after already confirming the model is good to proceed during revision periods, or ask for major changes to the model after I have already started on your commission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
USAGE & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

  • You are more than welcome to share your commissioned work on any social media with credit to me as the artist. I'm not picky about credits, so you can just link back to any site that I am on @batfluffs (the ones I use the most are Twitch, Tumblr, and Bluesky)!

  • Do not claim that you made the artwork yourself.

  • You are absolutely NOT permitted to use any of my artwork for AI, NFTs, generative software, etc.

  • If you have any questions as to whether your artwork request falls under "personal use" or "commercial use", feel free to contact me first so we can discuss it!

  • I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for sales/self-promotion on social media, as well as sharing the process of creating your model on stream.

  • You may purchase an NDA fee (an additional +30% of the total price of the commission added) to keep your commissioned artwork private.

  • Purchasing commercial rights for your commission only includes commercial rights for the initial stated purpose. If you decide that you wish to use your commission for other commercial purposes, please contact me as this may incur additional fees.
